Demonstrations for Charity
I often give talks and demos of my work to groups of people at local stables/ people's homes/ riding clubs etc.. These are very popular and allow people to learn more about these therapies and their benefits.
If you would like to host one, let me know. These talks are always free, but I ask that the organiser/ host picks a favourite animal charity and we ask attendees for a voluntary contribution to the charity.
These talks can be held from the Scottish Borders to the Durham areas, so if you're keen to hold a demo or would like to attend one, let me know.
I can also tailor make talks for support groups of people with certain ailments, such as arthritis/ skin problems / digestive problems/disabling conditions to explain how and why complementary therapies can be so helpful to work alongside medical help you may be receiving.
In the past few years I have been able to help a number of local charities in their fundraising efforts by giving talks and demos of my work and charging a small fee to attendees. Some of the venues I gave demos at collected funds for their favourite charities, or for my fund raising efforts for WSPA.
