I am happy to be consulted on the use of animal aromatics, and can be accessed in two ways:

Call out appointments.

I am based in North Northumberland, and am happy to visit you and your animal if you live in the Northumberland/Tyneside/ Wearside/Scottish Borders areas. (Cumbria may also be possible; please phone me to discuss this).

Appointments will be available in all of the listed areas regularly, please contact me for details. It is very often the case that one visit is sufficient to identify the oils, herbs and other botanicals your animal will benefit from. My service offers full support to you as the owner, in that I will remain in frequent telephone and or email contact before and after the consultation appointment. This ensures you get the support needed, but need pay no further call out costs. In the unlikely event that your animal needs me to pay a return visit regarding the original issue of concern, then a reduced fee is applicable.

Call out appointments are £40, plus the cost of any remedies. Mileage will be charged at 40p per mile each way, if you are outside of a 20 mile radius of my home in Byrness, Northumberland, which will be charged on the day.

Discounts available: 2 or more animals at the same address, £35 per animal and split the mileage.

Remote assistance.

My service is also available at a distance, as I can gain a thorough picture of your animal and his or her issues by taking an in depth account of their life, and issues. I can then help you identify oils and botanicals which may be beneficial, then post them to you.

Remote assistance is at a reduced rate of £27.50, plus the cost of any remedies.

Discounts available: 2 or more animals from the same postal address, £25 per consultation.

As with the face to face service, I will remain in contact to support you as the owner and answer any questions you may have.

Please send a hair sample of the animal(s) in question for Postal Consultations (not needed for Face-to-Face consultations).

Once I receive the form, I will call you to let you know it is here and either arrange a mutually suitable date for me to come and see your animal, or for postal consultation let you know when to expect my report (usually within one week).

A call out consultation will last approximately one hour and will be in your home/ yard, and before hand I will have read your form and be familiar with the animals' situation. We will offer the animal the remedies which I feel may be useful, and allow the animal to select his or her remedies. Then I will teach you how to use them with the animal. Follow on phone support is available for as long as you need it.

As a free service to the owners, for each animal consultation you may request a mini Reiki session for yourself, and additionally feel free to ask about any ailments you have.

For postal consultations send me details of any ailments you'd like advice on with your animal's consultation form and a sample of your hair too.

A postal consultation is very similar to the call out, except that I will send you out samples of each possible remedy and ask you to carry out the selection process with the animal; once completed I will teach you over the phone/ email how to use it with your animal. Again, phone support is available for as long as you need it.

Should you wish to have this service for an additional animal, my basic charge is £5. And then 50p per question. I need a hair sample , and information about the animal, along with a list of questions (the questions should be simple ones which can be answered with a 'yes' or 'no'). I will phone or email you with your answers and should the answers raise more questions we can follow them through until you are satisfied you know everything you need.
